Listen to some of the pieces I composed as a music student at Columbia University
Symphonic Portraits
Symphonic Portraits is a piece inspired by my Music Theory IV class. The piece has ten sections, each based on a different member of the class. The first section begins with a solo double bass line, and each new section gradually introduces a new instrument and theme. Certain themes reappear sporadically throughout the piece, and the finale is a culmination of all of them.
